This is the flat I’ve lived for 12years in UK. The landlady is English but she hardly contact a tenant apart from she need some letters are sent to her. The contract will be private. She doesn’t require any guarantee and only one month deposit. I shared with two other students and she is aware that I have other people to share and allowed. 

The rent is £1950.
Need small fees for existing funiture, fridge, washing machine and kitchenware etc.
