I have a double bed available in my house from 15th July.

Rent is £650 including bills. Bills includes Wifi, Sky TV, Netflix, Amazon Video, TV license, Electric, gas, water and council tax. (£750 for couples)

The house is recently decorated throughout. It has 2 living rooms so plenty of space. One living room has a sofa bed and can be used for family/guests to stay. The living rooms have 2 comfy sofas, big TVs with Sky, Netflix and Amazon Video (all included in rent). The living room has an open plan kitchen in it featuring all of the kitchen appliances and opens up to the garden.

The house has two bathrooms, one has a shower/toilet and one has bath/shower & toilet.

There is also driveway and off-street parking.

I am a live-out landlord (38 yr old professional male).

Local amenities walking distance include Sainsburys, M&S, Aldi, Boots, Nandos, Starbucks, Currys PC World, Dunelm, Next, JD Sports, TK Max, Holland and Barret, Pizza Hut, Frankie & Bennys and 2 gyms.
