One living room has a sofa bed and can be used for family/guests to stay. The living rooms have 2 comfy sofas, big TVs with Sky, Netflix and Amazon Video (all included in rent). The living room has an open plan kitchen in it featuring all of the kitchen appliances and opens up to the garden.

The house has two bathrooms, one has a shower/toilet and one has bath/shower & toilet.

Rent is £650 including bills. Bills includes Wifi, Sky TV, TV license, Electric, gas, water and council tax. (£750 for couples)

For some reason the postcode lands on the station but the actual location is 10 mins walk from Colliers Wood. Postcode = CR4 3RD.
