Large room available in spacious, 2 stories flat located at the back of Roman Road next to Tesco and local fancy gastro pub.
Located 4-5min walking distance to Victoria Park, with great transportation access - bus 8 and Bow Road and Mile end Tube Stations are 7-10 mins away.
Windows and floors and front door have just been renewed, there's also a large wardrobe, chairs, coffee table and chest of drawers in the room. The flat is very warm in the winter season, and super bright.
Ideally looking for a non-smoking, easy going, clean personality with some common decency who doesn’t mind a mini schnauzer as a company.
I'm 37 creative professional, happy to offer good company, sometimes food - especially when I'm cooking new dishes for my blog!

Utility bills on top- water, council tax, elect, gas and high speed internet = £100 per month (breakdown can be given)
