Kitchen, lounge and bathroom and all appliances such as fridge/freezer, microwave and washing machine are shared. They are in good condition. Virgin high-speed internet is also available.

The property is located in very safe area and even safer as the room is on the 1st floor. The environment is very nice and quiet with good neighbours. There is a balcony where you can enjoy your tea, coffee, or perhaps branch in the weekend.

A free parking that is a first come first served basis is available. Parking is free 24/7 on the street as well.

The location of the property is very quiet and also safe. It has great access to public transport. High street is not too far either. Around 10 min walk to 2 small and big Tescos. A library and gyms are also in the area. Lavender farm and beautiful parks are close. Great access to National Park as well.

Sutton Common station is a 6 min walk distance. 12 min to Wimbledon, 40 min to Elephant & Castle by clean comfortable Thameslink. 5 min or so to bus stops for S3/470 (Morden/Epsom) and 80 (Morden/Belmont).
