We have a free room in our beautiful three bedroom flat. The room has a double bed, chest of drawers and a wardrobe. It also has patio doors opening onto a pretty balcony, a perfect place for your morning coffee.

There\'s an open plan kitchen living room with breakfast bar and two big sofas. A nice bathroom with a great modern rainforest shower and a bath.

The flat is bright with high ceilings and on a quiet street, which feels a world away from the Holloway Road but is only a 5 min walk.

Lots of amenities nearby, with bustling upper street a 15 minute walk away and Angel only 30 mins on foot. Also great transport links, Piccadilly line at Holloway Road which is 2 stops from Kings Cross.

Cleaner is included in the price of rent, she comes every 2 weeks, other bills amount to about £100 extra per month.

The apartment is shared with two other females. We\'re a sociable flat and sometimes cook for one another and watch movies together, but we also have our own busy lives so are out and about a lot.

The move in date can be flexible.
