Bright double room in Victoria/Pimlico/Westminster

The flat is in a modern and private block with a concierge (not 24 hour) in Vincent Square, Westminster.

The room is south facing, so very bright. The pictures were taken with no light on and the curtain half-closed.

You will only share the bathroom with one person (me).

There are a big fridge, washer dryer and a dishwasher (no excuse for dirty dishes :D).

A desk can be added upon request.

Under 10 min walk to the below:

Victoria, Pimlico and St. James's Park station.
Sainsbury's superstore
Little Waitrose
Tesco Express
and more!

15 min walk to Vauxhall Station.

About me:
I work at KCL in clinical research at the moment.

I'm chilled and clean to live with :). In return, I want prospective flatmates to be:
Friendly
Clean and tidy: shoes off at the door; happy to give the hob a quick wipe after cooking etc.
Would take precautions with the pandemic (I'm not super uptight though).

I'm sociable but I also need alone time as I have a busy schedule. Would be lovely to live with someone independent and laidback.

I do a lot of home work-outs so would also be great to have some active buddies. I'm a pescatarian, would love to share my food occasionally but I don't care about what you eat :)
