I am leaving London and looking for someone to take over my beloved bedroom in a lovely three bed house in Hackney Downs.

You will be living with Kei (Japanese set-designer) and Steve (British copywriter), both in their mid to late thirties.

This is a very friendly, creative and mindful household but not a party house. We are looking for someone in their thirties, professional, tidy, open-minded and respectful.

A new joint tenancy contract will have to be signed with Steve and Kei, most probably for 18 months, directly with our landlord (no agency), and your deposit will be registered and protected.

Moving in date is flexible as I will be gone from 20th December.

Regarding furniture, I am not planning to take anything with me, so I am happy to negotiate a price on whatever items you would like to keep, or even the whole lot if interested.

This is a really comfy home, with a large kitchen / dining room boasting a massive stove, a decent size bathroom with both shower and bathtub and even a tiny spare-room which we use for storage.

The house is located right outside Hackney Downs overground (with 10m trains to Liverpool street) and Tesco’s is literally over the road. Location is super convenient with Dalston and Hackney Central less than 10m walk away and plenty of shops, cafes, restaurants, bars and pubs.
