Large room ( about 15 squaremeters) in modern house with all mods cons, new appliances, wooden floors, fully furnished, fitted kitchen with dish-washer, under-floor heating, garden with shed for storing your bicycle and barbeque. You can get fresh cherries and plums from trees in the garden in summer.

2 bedroom ground floor flat ( converted Victorian terrace)

You'd be sharing the common areas with a 43 year old professional female who works in the health-fitness industry. In " normal times " she works long hours , mostly during the week, sometimes also at the weekends.

Being able to rest from long work days when at home is important to her, so this is not not suitable for party- people .

2 indoor cats live here. Open to having another cat move in as long as they all get along. If you have a cat, it would need to be one who has lived happily with other cats before, and we would want to try and get them to meet before actually moving in.

Someone moved in a few years ago with a cat, and the resident cat ( not the same as the ones who are there now), would simply not accept the newcomer, leading to regular fights and that the new tenant had to give up, and re-start her search for a place just 3 months after having moved in. We don't want a repeat of this, so we'd need to be fairly certain that they will get along before committing..

Quiet street. 24hr Sainsburys nearby. Also Fitness first, Sports Direct, Argos, McDonalds, Superdrug, TK Maxx, Homebase, many restaurants that are open late, Polish and Turkish grocery shops.

The nearest train-station is Harringay overground. It takes 3 minutes to walk there. Zone 3. From there it is 3 minutes to Finsbury park, 15 mins to Kings Cross or 20 to Old St/Moorgate.

If you need to go East : Stratford/Barking/Ilford: Harringay Green lanes station is about 5 minutes walk away. (zone 3)

Tube : Manor House ( Piccadilly line) zone 2. It'll take about 10-12 mins to walk here.

The 29 Bus runs 24/7 to Camden and central London ( Trafalgar square).
The N29 runs every 10 minutes throughout the night.

Bills are not included.

The total cost of all bills are roughly £125-£150/month per person. Council tax is unfortunately expensive in Harringay and this comes to £152 /month for the flat ( split between 2), and so this is a big part of the total amount monthly.

6 month or 12 month contract. 1 months deposit. Short lets considered too. Minimum 3 months.

Available 10th of December 2020. This date is flexible.
Earlier or later can work too.
