A Japanese female city professional is looking for a housemate to share a 3 bed house with a garden and plenty of storage space.

The house is located in a quiet residential area close to two super markets (Morrisons and Aldi), 9 minute-walking distance from the nearest station. 35-40 minutes to and from Fenchurch Street station (City), which is near Bank station.

The room has a new comfortable double bed (from Warren Evans) with under-bed storage, a new wooden desk, a chair, a new wooden wardrobe, book shelves, a window facing the garden, heater, and a room key.

Fully equipped and spacious kitchen (with microwave and rice cooker), a large living room, a bathroom with toilet and bathtub & shower, garden to be shared. You can also store your belongs in the attic and/or in the garden shed, as well. Smoking is not allowed in the house. Excellent Wi-fi Capacity available.

Suitable housemate would be a single FEMALE Far East Asian (Japanese, Korean, Taiwanese, etc.), studying or working in London. This room is not for a couple.
