We have a beautiful and comfortable large double bedroom becoming available from January onwards.

The house is based on Windmill lane, E15 1PG and it's a very safe neighborhood. Located 6 mins walking distance from Startford international, Stratford Shopping Center, Stratford Underground Station and Maryland Rail Station. Perfect location to travel London and feel safe.

The house has;
- 2 Large Bedrooms
- 1 Large Bathroom
- 1 Large Living Room
- 2 Gardens (front and back of the house)
- Kitchen + Dining Table.

Your room: Large Double room, 2 storage cupboards and to the rear of the property. Very peaceful and has ample space. I had a friend stay with me for a couple of days and could fit another (blow-up) double bed alongside my existing bed.

Work from Home: Your room could either accommodate a desk, or you could work from the dining room or the desk in the Living room. Ample choices to find your space here, happy to chat around what works best.

Current Tenant: (Male and Mid 30's) Sam is a working professional in London, likes reading and cooks Amazake in his spare time. Sociable and very clean.

We have a great sized double room available and I'm confident you'll like it but we want someone who is sociable to move in. It's nice to be able to talk to someone, you can watch Tv together etc. (No party people pls)

Bills & Council tax paid Separately. Average around £70 to 100 max per month but the place and area is well worth it. It's the safest place I've lived at in the city.

Duration: We're looking for long terms tenants. (Preference)

It's a beautiful house, but I 'suck' at taking pics so probably haven't done the house justice :)
