Mile End park is across the road, there's a gym across the road, Regent's Canal is across the road, Victoria Park is a short 15 minute walk, Lidl is 7 minutes away.

The rooms & flat is fully furnished, with all mod cons, separate bath/toilet, WiFi. All Bills are included (inc. council tax).
