同じ敷地内に住む友人のポールが、彼のフラット（メゾネット）の一室を貸し出しています。とてもフレンドリーで、親切な人です。私の子供たちと、彼の子供達も親友関係にあり、よく交流をしている信頼できる家族です。彼は、今、一人で住んでいて、子供（15歳の男の子と10歳の女の子）が、週に一度宿泊します。詳細は、下記をお読みください。自炊のために、自由にキッチンをお使いくださいとのことです。連絡は、直接ポールの方によろしくお願いいたします。

The room:

A very spacious double room, bright and airy with large windows. It is fully furnished with a comfy double bed, a large fitted wardrobe, one chest of drawers, two bookcases, and a sofa. There is still room to add your own furniture if needed.

The flat:

Nice space, comprising two double rooms and one single room (used for two older children who stay one night a week). Two shared bathrooms, two showers, one bath. The kitchen and living area are open plans. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the regular bits. Large private, sunny roof terrace with bbq and outdoor couch.

Transport and location:

The flat is 7 minutes walk from Bethnal Green underground station (Central Line) and the number 8 bus, and less than 2 minutes walk from Cambridge Heath Overground Station. Also 2 minutes from buses going direct to Hackney, Canary Wharf, Westfield Stratford, Olympic Park and Shoreditch.

Hackney Road is two minutes away, which is equipped with all amenities, supermarkets, post office, cafes, chemist, pubs, etc. Victoria Park is a 5-minute walk away, at the end of the road.

Who you will be living with:

55-year-old professional male enjoys playing the guitar. Two older children stay one night a week.
