I’m looking for a replacement tenant for my lovely large double room in Westminster area. The flat is located by a safe and quiet residential street and is close to the river and several tube stations including Pimlico, St.James, and Victoria (all within 10 minutes by walk). You will be sharing with one other flatmate (lovely Japanese girl, she’s lived here for a while!)

- Rent £650 (Bills not included, around £70 per month including council tax)
- Move in form 17th of April
- All furniture included. Double bed with underbid storage, kitchen applicants, wifi, extra storage and hangers in the corridor area.
