DOUBLE ROOM AVAILABLE(3MIN FROM ACTON TOWN STTION)

From May, I will have one double room available. (bills not included)

The room: Very bright and cozy with plenty of space.

Furniture included: Double bed, big wardrobe, black desk, black shelving unit.

Bills: (Approx since they increased in April)

Internet: £9 ( pending to be cheaper since new contract will be applied)
Water: Every 6 months
Energy: Pending to confirm as new rates will be applied but it used to be around £20/month
Council Tax: F band

Of course, it may vary according to our use, so if we are responsible with our use, bills will be cheaper.

This is a two floors house with garden (and BBQ) distributed as:

Second floor: 2 double rooms, 1 single room, bathroom and separate toilet.

Ground Floor: 2 double rooms, large bathroom, kitchen, conservatory, garden

Also, kitchen with two fridges, induction hob, washing machine and dryer.

Conservatory with communal 42" tv, and high ceilings ( lots of sunshine and beautiful to see when raining)
