《探してます》studio/1bed flat in South for long term

I’m searching for a cat-friendly long term studio/1bed room flat up to 1300£ (incl bills) starts from anytime!
Location: Preferably around Bermondsey, Deptford, New Cross, Brockley, Peckham, Camberwell.

I’m a Japanese 29 years old freelance artist with two cats. I’ve been working as a full-time freelancer for 6 years and doing art direction/graphic design/CGI. I can prove you that I have a stable income and I'm willing to pay few months rent beforehand if it's needed.

I know it's a bit tough to find a nice flat with the budget but any leads would be greatly appreciated 🙂
