I'm looking to rent out my spare room to a native Japanese speaker, as I am half Japanese and speak some Japanese but would love the practice of speaking more!
Don't worry, I wouldn't expect lessons or anything like that, I just recently rented the room out to a native French speaker who found he could relax in his native language at home while it really helped my French! Without any extra effort from either person.
The rent is £650/month ONO including ALL bills. Wi-Fi, Utilities, TV, Netflix, Amazon Prime etc.
