10 mins walk to Turnpike Lane station and Seven Sisters, 2 mins walk to bus stops to Manor House

We are looking for a professional female.
Large kitchen and living room with access to a small balcony overlooking the neighbourhood\'s gardens. It has a washing machine, 2 fridges and two toilets.
Bills are not included.
The contract ends at the end of August 2017 and it is renewable for one year.
We are 3 girls cultivating different interests, really lovely, friendly and easy going.
We love to be social and hang out at the pub together sometimes.

帰国するにあたり、5月から住める方を探しています。
現在のフラットメイトはフランス人、イタリア人、オーストラリア人の社会人です。
とてもフレンドリーで、一緒に食事をしたり映画を見たり、楽しく過ごしています。
部屋は1人部屋なので、もちろん1人の時間も大切にできます。
探しているのは仕事を持っている方ですが、学生さんでも家賃がしっかり払えれば問題ありません。年齢は25歳以上が好ましいです。
光熱費は、春夏は65ポンド、冬はヒーターを使うので85ポンドです。
フラット自体の契約更新が9月なので、8月末まで住める方、もしくはそれ以上住める方を探しています。
最寄駅はピカデリーラインのTurnpike Laneか、ビクトリアラインのSeven sistersの２つ。
近くにスーパーもあり、フラットメイトはフレンドリー。
