ハムステッドヒースから程近い便利なタフネルパークエリアにて、
9月1日よりダブルルームへご入居いただける方１名を募集しています。

部屋タイプ：ダブルルーム
個室内設備：ダブルベッド、ワードローブ、デスク、ソファ等（添付写真をご覧ください）

大家さんカップルと、PhD学生１名（男性）、猫２匹とのシェアハウスです。
キッチン、お風呂、トイレは共有です（電子レンジや洗濯機完備）。
共有エリアは毎週掃除されますのでご安心ください。
物件内は禁煙となります、喫煙者の方はご相談ください。

物件はNorthern LineのTufnell Park駅から徒歩5分で、周辺は落ち着いていて、治安も大変良いです。（私も以前このエリアに住んでいましたが、夜に女性一人で歩いていても安心感を感じれる数少ないエリアです）
また、シティ方面へ向かうバスも充実していて便利です。
駅の並びには、カフェやレストラン、スーパーも揃っています。

デポジットに加え、４週間分の家賃を先払いをお願いしております。
最短居住期間は６ヶ月からお願いします。

Light and spacious double room available for one person in our family home. The room has a double bed, a wardrobe, a large desk with drawers and a sofa.

We are a couple and you will share the kitchen, bathroom and toilet with us and another lodger who is a male PhD student. There is a washing machine and microwave. The shared areas are cleaned weekly. We have two cats and it is a non-smoking household. The neighbourhood is quiet and safe.

The house is five minutes walk from Tufnell Park Station (Northern Line) and buses numbers 4, 134 and 390, making it easy and quick to get into Central London. We are close to Kings Cross/St Pancras, Camden Town and Hampstead Heath. There are lots of food shops, coffee shops and small restaurants in the area and bigger supermarkets nearby.

We will require the deposit and 4 weeks rent to be paid in advance. 6 months minimum period.
