beautiful new apartment

I am renting my apartment which is located in Alexandra road, swiss cottage, London. It is a one bedroom apartment, with a sitting room, separate kitchen and a bathroom. It also has a small patio garden. Please watch the video.
Everything in the apartment is new. Apartment is on the ground floor. There is a parking space for one car in our car park. Car park has a gate. There is a intercom and the door opens when you press button from inside the apartment.Apartment has gas central heating with radiators in all rooms. All windows are double glazed meaning it stays warm. It has a new carpet in bedroom, lounge, and lobby. No one has used the carpet and you will be the first one to use it.
Lobby: you enter in the lobby. Lobby has carpet and a big shelf to store books etc.
Bedroom: has new carpet and a double bed with new mattress. Very big wardrobe with mirror doors. And a separate wardrobe. You will be given new bed sheets, new pillows, and new duvet. you will be the first person to use them
Lounge: has new carpet. A very big sofa for 3 people and a small sofa for two people. All sofa covers have been washed and dry cleaned. There is a big table and mirrors on the wall. A new tv will be given too.
Kitchen: has everything you need. You will be given new pots and pans to cook, new knives, new spoons, new forks and new plates and if there is any thing you need, I will buy that too. New kettle to make tea/coffee will also be given. A new mop and bucket will also be given to clean the floor. There is a washing machine, fridge and microwave. Kitchen has a dinning table for 4 people with chairs. It has a gas cooker with 4 burners and a gas oven.
Bathroom: there is a bath with new shower curtain and hot rails to dry your towels. New towels will be given too. It has a power shower. Hot water is available 24 hours a day.
Garden: has space for chairs and table and a plum tree, apple tree and roses. You can eat the fruits when in season.
Everything is new and you will be the first person to use them. You do not need to buy anything. All you need is your suitcase and you can start living here.
Finchley road is the main shopping road near the apartment. Everything is located on finchley road.
Swiss cottage tube station is 2 minutes walk. Oxford street is 2 stations from swiss cottage. It takes less than 10 minutes to reach oxford street.
All banks are 3 minutes walk. Waitrose super market is 5 minutes walk and Sainsbury super market is 7 minutes walk. Marks and spencer small super market is 1 minute walk. Macdonalds, Kentucky fried chicken and subway are also 2 minutes walk. Cinema and pub is also 2 minutes walk.
Also 1 minute walk is the main bus stop. You can catch a bus to any where from here. 1 minute walk is south Hampstead train station. there is a gym about 3 minutes walk and café nero is also 3 minutes walk from the apartment.
The road is very very quiet even during day time.
