11月中に入居可能な賃貸物件探しています。Looking for an apartment

2022年10月31日にロンドンに到着し、内覧をしてから6ヶ月か1年契約が可能な物件を探しています。

・Skilled Worker Visa

・6ヶ月契約希望（任期は1年なので、ディスカウントがあるのであれば1年でも）

・治安最優先（パブやバー、クラブが自宅近くにはない方がいいです）

・バスタブ付き希望

・予算1100GBP以下希望。　（エリアや物件の情報によってはこれ以上でも検討致します。家賃補助・手当はないです。）

・テートモダンまで45分以内につける場所希望です。

・ペット、車、子供なし。非喫煙。

キッチン、バスルーム等のシェアは考えていないので、
スタジオ・1ベッドルーム等で情報をお持ちでしたら御連絡いただけますと幸いです。

I am looking for a studio or 1 bedroom(No share).

I will arrive in London on October 31, 2022 and would like to make a contract for 6 months or 1 year in November after viewing.

・Skilled Worker Visa

・Preffered 6 months contract (term of secondment is 1 year, so 1 year is acceptable if there is a discount.)

・Safety and Security first (Preferably there are no pubs, bars or clubs very close to the accomodation)

・3 piece bathroom (have a backache and hopefully with a bathtub)

・Budget around 1100GBP/pcm. (Depends on the area and property information, I will consider over this budget. There is no rent subsidy or allowance from my company and tight budget.)

・Within 45 minutes to the Tate Modern.

・No smoking, No pet, No children, No car.
