We are subletting our beautiful flat for 3 months (May, June, July 2017) fully furnished and equipped.

The modern & high specs apartment is on the 4th floor in a modern building with elevator, great views over the city and only a short walk from Clapham Junction Station, Clapham Common, supermarkets and the nice bars & restaurants on Northcote road.

The flat has 1 double bedroom, 1 office room, 2 modern bathrooms and a large living area with openplan kitchen and private balcony. The flat is fully equipped with TV, DVD, hairdryer, bedding, kitchen utensils, etc.
The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, washing machine and kitchen equipment.
The flat is ideal for one person or a couple that needs a temporary home in London.
No pets & smoking allowed.

The rent is £ 2150 per month and includes free Internet, TV license and council tax.
Additional charges for telephone and electricity apply based on usage.
1 month rent deposit is required
