現在空いている部屋は正面向きで、明るく静かで、午後には窓から日が差し込みます。広いデスクエリア、引き出し付きのベッド、ワードローブ、大きくて快適な椅子、そして本棚があります。家賃には光熱費とWi-Fi接続料が含まれています。

私たちは幸運にも、広大な公園と森（サマーコンサート、テニスコート、カフェなど）があるハムステッド・ヒースの隣という美しいエリアに位置しています。下の写真からもわかるように、家の近くにバス停（214、C2、C11）があり、ケンティッシュ・タウン駅（ノーザン線Zoon 2）までは徒歩10分です。駅からカムデン・タウンまでは約5分、ピカデリー・サーカスまでは約15分です。

家賃は週190ポンド、月823ポンドで、電気代、24時間給湯、セントラルヒーティング、無線インターネット、洗濯機、乾燥機が含まれています。キッチンには電子レンジ、炊飯器、エアフライヤー、寿司包丁などが完備されており、調理に必要なものはすべて揃っていますので、購入する必要はありません（禁煙の方のみ）。

最低契約期間は6ヶ月です。

Hi, my name is Buzz and I am male and English and currently share my flat with 2 other Japanese girls. We are looking for another Japanese girl to join our quiet and friendly house.

The room that is available is front facing, bright, quiet and gets the sun through the windows in the afternoon. It has a large desk area, a bed with draws underneath, wardrobe, large comfortable chair and some bookshelves. The rent includes all the bills and a wireless internet connection.

We are very lucky to be situated in a beautiful area next to Hampstead Heath which is a very large public park and woods (Summer Concerts, Tennis Courts, and Cafes etc.). As you can see from the photo below there is a Bus Stop close to the house (214, C2, C11) and we are a 10 walk from Kentish Town Station (Northern line Zoon 2). From the station it is about 5 minutes to Camden town and 15 minutes to Piccadilly Circus.

The rent would be £190 a week which is £823 a month and this includes electricity, 24-hour hot water, central heating, wireless internet, washing machine and dryer. The kitchen is fully equipped with Microwave Oven, Rice Cooker, Air Fryers, Sushi knives etc. Everything you would need to cook is provided, nothing would need to be purchased (Non-smoking person please)

The minimum contract is 6 months.
