空いている部屋は正面向きで、明るく静かで、午後には窓から日差しが差し込みます。デスクスペース（本棚付き）、椅子、引き出し付きベッド、ワードローブが備え付けられています。家賃には光熱費と高速光ファイバーブロードバンドが含まれています。

当家は、広大な公園と森林地帯であるハムステッド・ヒース（夏季コンサート、テニスコート、カフェなど）に隣接する美しいエリアに位置しています。下の写真にあるように、家のすぐ近くにバス停（214、C2、C11系統）があり、ケンティッシュ・タウン駅（ノーザン線2番線）まで徒歩10分です。駅からカムデン・タウンまでは約5分、ピカデリー・サーカスまでは約15分です。

家賃は週180ポンド、月額780ポンドです。電気代、24時間温水、セントラルヒーティング、無線インターネット、洗濯機、乾燥機が含まれています。キッチンには電子レンジ、炊飯器、エアフライヤー、寿司包丁など、調理に必要なものがすべて揃っています。何も購入する必要はありません。

最低契約期間は6ヶ月です。

Hi, my name is Buzz and I am mail. I currently share my home with two Japanese ladies who are looking for a third girl to fill the last room in our home.

The room that is available is front facing, bright, quiet and gets the sun through the windows in the afternoon. It has a desk area with book shelves, a chair, bed with draws underneath and a wardrobe. The rent includes all bills and fast Fibre Optic Broadband.

We are situated in a beautiful area next to Hampstead Heath which is a very large public park and woods (Summer Concerts, Tennis Courts, and Cafes etc.). As you can see from the photo below there is a Bus Stop close to the house (214, C2, C11) and we are a 10 minute walk from Kentish Town Station (Northern line Zoon 2). From the station it is about 5 minutes to Camden town and 15 minutes to Piccadilly Circus.

The rent would be £180 a week which is £780 a month and this includes electricity, 24-hour hot water, central heating, wireless internet, washing machine and dryer. The kitchen is fully equipped with Microwave Oven, Rice Cooker, Air Fryers, Sushi Knives etc. Everything you would need to cook is provided; nothing would need to be purchased.

The minimum contract is 6 months.
