Hello, I have 2 options for a lodger in Hampstead- a lovely furnished double room (£1000pcm including bills) OR furnished single room (£800pcm including bills). The bed in the double room is a firm mattress new this year with a mattress protector. The other mattress has been cleaned and comes with a brand new topper.
This would suit a student or single person who would like a quiet spot near Hampstead heath, 5 minute walk to Hampstead station and shops, the house has an open plan large kitchen and dining space, also can watch TV and relax in lounge area plus access to a large outdoor private and quiet roof terrace where you can eat/sunbathe relax.
The heating, water, electric, internet and gas bills are included in the rent.
About me, I’m a 41 year old female professional splitting my time as I work from home but will also be away.
