Longcross駅まで1時間以内、理想は乗り換え1回以内で通える部屋を探しています。

I am looking for a room within an hour's commute of Longcross station, ideally with no more than one transfer.
Additionally, I would like the following:

Move-in date after April 25th, long-term rent
Furnished room
Sharing a house with 2-4 people
Bills included is preferred, but not essential. If bills are not included, please let me know the average monthly cost.
My budget is £700-£800, but I am willing to consider slightly higher rates.
