Close to Clapham Junction,Richmond or Wimbledon st

I am looking for a long-term rental within a 10-minute walking distance to Clapham Junction, Richmond, or Wimbledon station.
If the commute time is less than 1 hour to Longcross station, that would also work for me.

Additionally, I would like to inquire if it would be possible for my husband to stay with me in the room on some weekends every other month and for 1 or 2 weeks during holidays.
Of course, we would pay for the extra occupancy.

I do not smoke, am tidy, and respectful of others, and I would appreciate housemates who are similar. My budget is up to £700, which should include all bills.

I am flexible with the moving date but would need to give one month's notice to my current landlord before moving out.
