Single room in Hammersmith

A single room in the heart of Hammersmith is available to rent. We are looking for a friendly, clean and tidy female house mate.

House is located between river Thames and Hammersmith tube station. Its a peaceful neighbourhood, walking distance to Hammersmith tube station (Piccadilly line, district line, Hammersmith and city line), cinemas, supermarkets, shops, restaurants and River Thames nearby.
Kitchen is fully equipped with washing machine, microwave, oven, fridge and necessary kitchenware. There are two toilets and 1 bathroom in the house.
There are two inbuilt wardrobes, table chair and single bed in the room. 3 others lives in the house (2 female 1 male) all friendly people from different backgrounds.
All bills included (water, electricity, gas, council tax, internet).

家はテムズ川と駅の間に位置していて、ハマースミス駅からは徒歩約5分程です。
家周辺の治安も良く、近くにはショッピングセンター、イケア、映画館、スーパー、レストラン、アジアンショップ、カフェなどなんでも揃っていて立地も最高です。
キッチンには炊飯器、オーブン、冷蔵庫、電子レンジ、洗濯機など必要なものは大体備わっています。家にはバスルーム1つと、トイレが2つございます。
お部屋には収納たんす、机、椅子、ダブルベッドがございます。ハウスメイトは現在女性2人、男性1人おります。
光熱費などは全部込みです。
