Lovely House to Share（double room）

Hi, I'm a current flatmates live in this 4 bedroom house. I’m now looking for three other ppl to move in this house with me starting from 9th September. As I’m a recent graduate and now currently working in a Japanese restaurant and getting along with Japanese friends really well.

-Rooms: There are three spacious and sunny rooms available , two rooms at First floor share one bath room with each other , and the third room is an En-suite room on second floor with it's own bathroom . We share a kitchen together. No common room.

-Location: The house located in NW4 4UY, 2 min walks to nearest bus station Southfield. The 24 hours bus 113 can send you to central London real easy and quick. Nearest train station is Hendon Central station on Northern line. 10min bus to shopping mall Fenwick , Waitrose, Boots, M&S, Tesco.

- I'm the current female flatmate and I'm a recent graduate. Im a quiet and clean person. So I would like to find someone who is clean ,tidy and quiet just like me. And willing to do the weekly cleaning on a rota basis to keep the whole house fresh and clean.

-The landlord only accept min 6 month payment in advance. And the minimum stay of the contract is 12 month. Monthly rent is £610 and Deposit is 5 weeks rent. No bills included, but it's around £70/month.
