Room to rent in family home

We have a very nice room to let in our family home. The room is a good size, has a single bed, desk, table and plenty of storage space. We have a large kitchen and lovely garden which you can use too. The house has all amenities needed with good Wifi.

It is located 7 minute walk (2 min bus) to Boston Manor station (Piccadilly line), or 10 minute bus ride to Ealing Broadway.

The local area has an excellent selection of shops and supermarkets all close by.

We are looking for a FEMALE PREFERRED, non smoker to share the house with myself, husband and daughter. It must be reminded that this is a family environment so responsible and clean females are encouraged.
