Single Room Available (also larger room to see)

Hello.

Small single room available. Shared bath and kitchen. There is just a small place to eat unfortunately, or in the room.

I am a (British) pianist/singer and teacher and my flatmate is a (Ukrainian) nurse / care assistant. We speak English in the flat, but as I am travelling to Japan for music next June, I would like to learn Japanese, so I would be very happy to exchange Japanese for English.

Might also suit a musician, if you play piano, violin, guitar, flute etc.

£450 rent, no extra for bills etc. Can move in on 20th August or 1st September. Maybe before if necessary, but we are on holiday 14-18 August.

There is also a larger room available for £650. Photos not available at the moment as the room is not ready yet, but you can see it if you come)
