Single Room with shared bathroom/shower/toilet/kitchen/hall, small place to eat in kitchen only.
To share with 1 English musician (piano teacher / live-in-landlord) and 1 Japanese person. Quiet, safe area, but the flat is not close to station (this is the reason for the low rent). Also I am touring Japan next Summer and would like to improve my basic Japanese. Happy to teach English
Transport is not bad, as there is a 240 bus very close and also 13/113, but to walk to Hendon or Finchley Central station is 25-30 mins.
Equal Access to washing machine, cooker, bath, fridge, no problem
£450 per month or, for shorter term or £150 per week for temporary accomodation in Japanese friendly flat
