Cost double room for rent. Gym and own bathroom.

am renting a comfortable room with a double bed in Brent area in which the closest stations are either Hanger Lane or Park Royal. I am looking for a responsible clean and tidy flatmate as I also live in the apartment and they must be comfortable with the fact I have a cat. Please note furnishings have changed a bit from photos. The room includes a double bed and all bills will be included. The living room and balcony will be shared and you will have your own storage cupboard.
