The bathroom is separate with a walk-in shower and washing machine. The kitchen is fully fitted with oven, hob, microwave and fridge freezer all built in. Crockery and cutlery etc. are also provided.

Since being built, the flat has only had one couple stay for one year. Sadly, they are returning to Japan as they have now finished their studies.

The studio is well located for all transport links and also a 20 minute walk from the lovely Queen's Park neighbourhood with Sunday Farmer's Market, great restaurants and a lovely park.

I am looking for a respectful tenant, ideally a single occupant but would consider a couple. The minimum contract will ideally be for one year. I would consider a short stay but the price would be different.
