Cozy room, ,cat, own bathroom and gym

I am renting a comfortable room with a double bed in Brent area in which the closest one stations ar e either Hanger Lane (12 mins walk) or Park Royal (8mins walk). I am looking for a responsible clean and tidy flatmate who will clean up after themselves but also look after the apartment as a home (preferably professional working ) as I also live in the apartment and they must be comfortable with the fact I have a cat which I may ask some assistance to take care of if ever away on holiday. She is gentle and timid but friendly.

I am born here but my parents are from Hong Kong. I work from home normally 3 days a week but have busy periods where I am in the office everyday. My office space is in the living room but you are free to work there as long as you're respectful of my meeting times. But otherwise the living room is a shared area with most tv subscriptions available for use included . I would prefer a flatmate who is diligent in being clean and tidy, respectful of noise and my sleepi ng schedules (usually 10ish). Visitors may be allowed occasionally but this is a home where I do not expect crazy house parties or the like. I would love to live with someone whom preferably we could become friends with and get along togethe r. I am a working professional in the events art industry. I'm what you'd say an introverted extrovert as is part of my job requirements. I go out to meet friends frequently but also do like quiet nights at home as well as I'm not much of a part scene type of person. I also don't drink (allergic) but don't mind if you do. The room includes a double bed, desk and chair (a drawer may be anded) and all bills will be included apart from council tax. The living room and balcony will be shared and you will have your own storage cupboard. You will have access to the main bathroom predominately (the second cat litter box is there for my c at) as I have my own bathroom and the building also includes a gym and courtyard.
