Looking for a tenant who can commit to 6months+ whilst I go travelling. Must be happy to live with my possessions (of which there are a lot!). It's a one bed flat in an old block of flats - separate bathroom and kitchen. Storage is limited but I will try to accommodate to your needs.

It's priced at £300 a week all bills inclusive. Not cheap I'll be the first to admit but is less than the going price for the area (I live within five minutes of London Bridge, Tate Modern, Borough Market (zone 1) so very little travel expenses.

I'm not asking for advance rent payment other than a £150 deposit. Would interest a career professional who can commit to this extended period or at the very least, a student intending to focus on the capital in the immediate future.
