We are looking for a housemate to join our household in Brockley. The area is very pleasant and quiet, there is the Hilly Fields park a couple of steps away, which opens up to a beautiful view on top of the hill, overlooking the city. Our house is 12min walk away from the Brockley station (Overground line and National Rail Services).
The house is very pleasant and clean. We’re looking for someone to rent the single room and the price is £600 per month. Our household is a mixture of students and young professionals, we get along very well and there is a nice atmosphere at the house. We’re looking for a housemate who would be also reliable, friendly and clean.
The most comfortable move in date for us would be mid-end of November, but we are able to adjust. We are looking for someone to stay until the end of August, with the possibility of extension."
