Charming room in modern house with own bathroom

I have a large bedrooom with its own ensuite to rent out in Wimbledon: The bedroom room measures 21 x11.8 in feet and inches, or 6.40 x3.56 in metres. There is a big open plan kitchen where you can cook.
The 3 bedroom modern house is ina very quiet area of West Wimbledon and has been recently rennovated from top to bottom. It has good transport links - 8 minute walk to Raynes park where you can get an overland train to Waterloo every few minutes. (journey takes 17 minutes to Waterloo). Or you can get a bus to Wimbledon district line (bus come every 5-7 minutes and the journey takes around 10 minutes )
You will be sharing with the owner who is a freelance TV documentary producer. I am friendly and easy going and am used to renting out rooms. My 19 year old daughter will come back in the holidays from university.
The room would suit someone who is a busy professional but who wants to have an English speaker on hand if there are any language issues living in London. Please note that there is a very friendly indoor cat so if you are allergic to cats, this house is not for you. I am open to short lets of 2-3 months. As well as longer. But cannot commit to longer than 6 months currently
