The house has recently been fully refurbished, with a new kitchen and bathroom. and there is a lovely courtyard great for BBQ’s. which is located on a quiet residential road. The house is in a prime location with easy access to Kingston town centre (a 13 minutes’ walk) and a 12 minutes’ walk to Norbiton station (Zone 5). There are plenty of local amenities including two large supermarkets, a wide variety of restaurants and a short distance from Richmond Park. We are also a short walk from Kingston Hospital and a bus ride to The Kingston Uni campuses.

The bedrooms are large in size, with a double bed, double wardrobe and a small set of draws. This would suit someone who is looking to rent for term 6 months with the potential to be extended should we all get on..
