Hi, I'm Toby from Taipei, Taiwan.
My Japanese colleague is moving out mid December, I want to find someone to takeover his room.

Rent is £625, with bills and council tax it will be about $750 per month.
8 minutes walk to White Hart Lane station (Overground),
2 stops to Seven Sisters station, takes you to central London
or 20 minutes overground train to Liverpool Street station

It's a 3-stories house, with 2.5 bathrooms, 4 rooms and housemates
0 floor - living room, kitchen, washing machine and a toilet. (bicycle can be parked in living room if you have one!)
1 floor - a bathroom, my room (Taiwanese man aged 30s), an old friendly British guy's room
2 floor - a bathroom, your future room, a Nigerian lady's room (also nice and friendly)

I have a rice cooker, a chinese wok and also other cookwares and bowls and plates, we basically share them.
Sainsbury's local just 2 minutes walk,
another BIG Sainsbury's just 15 minutes walk,
a REALLY BIG Loon Fung oriental supermarket is 20 minutes walk away.
