Holloway is a vibrant and cosmopolitan residential, shopping and business part of North London.

This lively part of N7 offers an affordable neighbourhood compared to some of the surrounding areas such as central Islington or Highgate but offers a huge amount in terms of transport links and everyday practicalities.

The area is popular with students attending London Metropolitan University and city university,and middle 20's young profesionals, who make the district's solid Victorian or mid-20th century area. The hosue it's located just 2 minutes from the abundance of shops on Holloway Road itself, including supermarkets such as Waitrose, Morrisons, Tesco, Saunsbury, Marks and Spencer etc.

Holloway is well-served by public transport. Holloway Road Underground Station falls into zone 2 of the Piccadilly line, from where you can be in the West End within 15 Minutes. The Piccadilly Line has stations at nearby Caledonian Road, Arsenal and Finsbury Park; the Victoria Line takes in the Highbury & Islington and Finsbury Park stations. Holloway Road, a main arterial route for London, is kept fairly clear by its red route designation, but has buses running day and night.
