お部屋を含め、生活空間が綺麗で、窓がバッグヤード側なので日中も静かです。
Belsize Park 駅から徒歩2分距離であり、駅周りに watch house, pret, pizzeexpress, franco manca などの
レストランやnisa local, M&S, Tesco などのスーパーマーケットもありとても便利です。

一緒にお住まいになるご家族は大家さん（女性）とお息子さんたち(２人）で、４人暮らしとなります。
大家さんを含め皆さん親切であり、英語でコミュニケーションを取れる環境です。

A nice clean, bright room on lower floor. Room has a bed, fridge, stool, drawers, desk, bedside lamp, mirror, and wardrobe. The house is in an ideal location, 10 minutes brisk walk to Hampstead Heath and 15 minutes to Primrose Hill. The house is located 2 minutes walk to Belsize tube station(Northern Line), Buses direct into the city. Travel time is approximately 15-20 minutes. Amenities in the area Launderette, Cinema, M&S, Tesco, Waitrose, Budgens, Organic fruit&Veg shop. Numerous restaurants and Eateries, Paul, GBK, PizzaExpress, Gail's, Costa Coffee, Starbucks, Pret and many other places to eat and relax.
10 minutes walk to Hampstead High St. with many designers clothing shops.

I am looking for someone in full-time education or full time Job(NO WORKING FROM HOME) Friendly, Adventurous, Active (not spending weekends locked into the room). Speaks a little English and with a mature outlook. Age preferred 25 years or older but will consider younger if mature in outlook. You must be prepared to clean up after yourself, in particular after using the bathroom and kitchen.

Minimum Stay: 6 months but can be longer
Notice Required: 1 month
Rent: 1 month in advance pus 1 month deposit
