ロンドンからサウサンプトンに引越し3LDKの物件を購入し、そのうちの1つの部屋を貸し出す予定です。ロンドンで働く会社員で、週の半分くらいは在宅をしています。静かで落ち着けるお家を探している会社員または学生に適しています。
貸し出し中の部屋1：最近リノベした庭からの自然な日光が差し込むダブルベッドの部屋です。

ベッドルームは家具付きですが、要望があれば家具なしで提供することも可能です。キッチン、ダイニングルーム、リビングルーム、バスルーム、裏庭の共有です。光熱費は家賃に含まれます。

サウサンプトンの人気のあるRegent's Park地区にあり、静かなファミリーフレンドリーなエリアです。家はShirly High Streetから徒歩5分未満で、Southampton駅、Southampton大学病院、市街地までの交通は10分程度です。道路駐車も可能です。

掃除、整理整頓ができる方が好ましいです。特別なリクエストがあればメッセージで教えてください。小さなペットも考慮します（状況による）。私の家族と一緒に住んでいただける方に適しています。

We are a family from London who recently bought a 3 bed property in Southampton and are looking to let out one of our spare rooms. We are working professionals and have flexible working arrangements. This place will suit professionals and students who are looking for a place that is a bit more tranquil but still within easy reach of the city centre!

Lodger room 1: a newly decorated, double bed room with natural sunlight coming through from the garden.

The bedroom comes furnished, but we are happy to offer them unfurnished upon request. Lodgers will have shared access to the kitchen, dining room, living room, bathroom and back garden. The utility bills will be included in the lodging fee.

The property is situated in a quiet, safe, family-friendly, sought-after neighbourhood of Regents Park in Southampton. The house is less than 5 minute walk from Shirley High Street, and is only a 10 minute transport ride away from Southampton Central station, Southampton University Hospital and the city centre. Road side parking is also available (no permit needed).

We are clean, tidy and considerate, and are looking for lodgers who behave in the same way. We endeavour to be flexible whenever possible, so if you have any specific requests, please let us know - for example, we may consider small pets (depending on your circumstance). This would suit anyone happy to live with a family.
