Looking for a female flatmate in Islington 🩷🌙

We are looking for a clean and considerate female flatmate to stay in my room in place of me. The room is literally right next to Highbury & Islington Station by the Magistrates Court. It’s extremely quiet and has a lift up to the floor that we live on.

The area is amazing - residential yet accesible - only one stop away from Kings Cross - as the first stop on zone 2. I’ve lived in London for over 5 years and this is by far my favourite spot. I’m honestly gutted that I can’t live there for longer. But as I found a job back in my own country, I am looking for someone to sublet the space between now until the last day of June 2024. The rate will be £1500 per month but everything and bills will be included. There’s less than four months left of the lease and I will continue to pay all bills.

My flatmate is 25 and she works from home on most days. She’s a consultant so her schedule demands her to be on her laptop at all times, but she’s a very chilled capricorn (lived in LA, from Thailand). I think a really clean, responsible and kind flatmate would be well-matched for my flatmate. We would prefer if you have a similarly busy lifestyle. We look forward to speaking to you!
