Hope this finds you well :)
I’ve recently been relocated to London, and I am searching for a new residence in the Stratford area.

About me:
・24 years old / Female / Japanese / Non-smoker / No pets
・Personality: Sociable, friendly, tidy & well-organized
・Latest move-in date: ASAP
・Leaving date: by the end of Feb., 2026 or possibly longer
・Job: Full-time (WFH 3-4 days a week, traveling internationally at least a few days a month)
・Hobbies: Traveling, (plant-based) cooking, reading and working out

Non-negotiables:
・Work from home: A desk and a chair in the room / common space where I can work
・Within 30mins from Stratford on foot or by bus
・A place that feels like home - nice people and a sense of community

Nice to haves:
・Common dining area / living room / garden
・Bathroom and toilet to be shared by no more than 1 person
・Not living with a landlord
・Luggage space (i.e. I have 2 big suitcases)
