House in Redbridge. Central line

Station is 20 min walk or 4min walk+bus. Easy access to Mile End station (Queen Mary University) takes 21min. Large Tesco supermarket 24 hours at end of road 10 min walk. Train also takes you to Epping forest on the east bound line.
This is a 3 bedroom terrace house with long garden. I live here alone and work from home as I am self employed. The front bedroom is spacious and private with a single bed and wardrobes. Wifi is fibre optic fast speed and accessed throughout the house. The house can be shared using kitchen bathroom,garden, etc.
I have no unreasonable rules, only that respect for each other applies and cleaning be shared equally like a flat mate would or should. Security is an important issue which I would insist on the upmost care and responsibility for keys and locking doors.
I like to think I am easy going and easy to live with. Tenants in the past have stayed for a few years to their satisfaction so you must judge for yourself. I don\'t mind which gender as long as friendly.. I used to teach English as a foreign language but I am afraid I do not speak any Japanese. I am English, born in London and now 58 years old but young at heart. Please feel free to ask any questions.
