Double room/Clean/only 2people

Hello,

I am MJ, Korean. Sorry to type in English.

I am a full time professional and my friend(flatmate) moves out with her boyfriend. So I am looking for someone who can share the two beds house with me. :)
I am easygoing but am respectful to the flatmate as well.

The area in Wapping is really close to City as like I walk to the office in Bank area in every day.
Also this area is really safe, clean, beautiful, peaceful and quiet. From Wapping station it takes only 5 mins and the other closest station is also Shadewll(10mins walk).

The details of the house is:
1. Room: Spacious double room, Huge built-in wardrobe, Desk, Chair, Bed side wardrobe
2. Kitchen: Rice cooker, Air fryer, toaster, Kettle, Portable hob, Korean BBQ grill, Nespresso coffee machine, Lots of plates, Table for 4 people and etc - You can use all
3. Living room: 5 seats sofas, table and etc
4. Bathroom: we will share one bathroom together, but it is spacious and clean
5. Others: Spacious shoe racks (10 layers, 4 layers, 5 layres - total three shoe racks), Big storage

I would like you to feel home in this house. Inviting your friends is totally fine, if it is informed in advance. However, I hope we do not have a house party at home. :)
Also I don’t mind how many time use the laundry machine anytime and having a shower late at all. Because it will be your home :)

The room will be ready to be taken from 14.05.2024, but the date move in is negotiable.
I have more video and photos. I can share this by Whatsapp. The room is bigger than the photo, so the house is a must-see in person.
