We have a beautiful cosy Single room for one person available in Putney Vale.
We are friendly professional Europeans happy to share our home with you!
If you have just arrived or are just about to arrive and worried about finding a place, look no further! We've been hosting people from Japan, mostly on Youth Mobility visa for the last 3 years and it's been fun! You'll improve your English and self confidence too as we'll communicate with you in English!

The house is fully furnished, clean and tidy.
The kitchen is modern and has all the appliances.
It is a quiet and clean house located in a safe area.

There is a bus stop that runs 24 hours a day about 5 minutes walk from the house, so it is very convenient.
There is also a 24-hour supermarket about a 5-minute walk away.
There is also a large park within walking distance, perfect for cycling or walking.

There is also a free parking lot outside, so if you have a car or bicycle, there is no problem.

It's a wonderful price of £170 per week( £680 every 4 weeks)including utilities.
The deposit of £680 is paid at the time of move-in.
You can move in immediately.

It has a homey feel that makes you feel like your second home.
