Piccadilly line のTurnpike lane駅から徒歩5分弱、静かな住宅街にあるビクトリアハウスの2 Bed Roomです。セントラルロンドンから電車で20分くらいのところです。夜間はバスも通っているので交通の便は非常に良いです。

周辺にはカフェやレストラン、スーパーマーケット、郵便局、銀行各社、大きなショッピングセンターなどがあり、映画やショッピングの娯楽も全てこの周辺でできてしまいます。

大家さんは同じ建物には住んでいませんが、住宅街の通りを二つ超えた場所に住んでいるので、何かあった時にはすぐに相談できるかと存じます。（おうちも素敵ですが、私は大家さんのお家でワーホリ中ホームステイをさせていただきていたのですが、大家さんもとてもやさしくて本当に素敵な方なので、おすすめです）

Hello. I have a Very light and attractive 2 bedroom apartment to rent in London N8, ideally suitable for a married couple, single occupancy or 2 professional sharers. This is on a quiet residential street 4 minutes walk away from Turnpike Lane tube station on the Piccadilly line, which takes you into the centre of town very quickly. Transport is excellent. We are also 4 minutes from British Rail and lots of buses. We are close to restaurants and bars of Crouch End and Green Lanes and markets and shops of Wood Green Shopping City. We are also close to large green spaces of Alexandra Park and Finsbury Park .

The flat is on the first floor (middle floor) of a large Victorian house which has been converted into 3 flats. It has 2 double bedrooms, kitchen, lounge/dining room and bathroom and corridor. Entrance to the flat is from within the shared front entrance hall.

All rooms are light with large windows looking onto the elegant street to the front and over gardens to the back. The flat is in good decorative order, smartly furnished with beds, table and chairs, sofa, wardrobes, floor rugs, drawers and cupboards and it has many period features.

A quiet professional couple lives downstairs and the flat upstairs is empty almost all the time because the owner lives elsewhere.
