Korean Vauxhall House looking for a flatmate (7ppl
We are looking for someone to share a 3 stories Korean Vauxhall House with us :)
Location: Zone 1 (5mins walk to Nine Elms station & 10mins walk to Vauxhall station)
3 weeks' deposit, 1 month notice for move-out, minimum contract of 3 months
Single Bedroom - Available from July 28th, negotiable to move in early to mid-August
Monthly rent: £910 (Weekly: £210) A deposit of 3 weeks' rent (£630) is required upon move-in and will be returned after room inspection upon move-out.
-Summary
Currently, all residents are Korean (3 men, 4 women) and everyone takes care of their assigned cleaning areas, living harmoniously together. As the house manager, I live here too and will promptly assist with any issues. The landlord is Korean, and I will promptly relay any major issues to landlord. Despite housing 7people, it never feels crowded. In my 3years here, there've been no complaints. I don't use the communal spaces (bathrooms/toilet), so it's more likely sharing 6ppl.

- House Rules & Cleaning Policy -
In order to maintain cleanliness, each flatmate is requested to spend 30mins a week cleaning their designated area. For example, one person cleans a shower room, another replaces the trash.
The house manager conducts a full house clean and inspection about three times a month. If someone consistently fails to clean, they will be warned. After three warnings, a one-month move-out notice will be given after consulting with the landlord. No one has received a move-out notice yet as everyone adheres to the cleaning schedule.
No smoking inside the house, smokers can use the backyard.
All necessary cleaning supplies are provided, e.g, wet wipes, mop, vacuum, bleach, etc.
- Guest Policy -
To keep the house tidy, overnight guests are not allowed
Friends are welcome to visit anytime but must leave by midnight
For immediate family members (parents, spouse, siblings, children), a fee of £20 per person per night is charged
Appreciate your understanding as this is a shared house.
