光熱費(電気、ガス）のみビルが来てから4人で均等割りで徴収いたします。

バスルームは、男1名とシェア、リビング、キッチンは4人の共有になります。
内覧は、いつでも可。

I will be letting a master bedroom in this maisonette for single use. The property is located in a desirable area in Fulham.

The nearest tube stations are Parsons Green and Fulham Broadway on the District line.
The over ground rail from West Brompton is also nearby. There are a variety of bus services to all directions.

The maisonette has three double rooms, a single room, a spacious living room and a separate kitchen.
I am seeking a responsible individual in permanent employment. Sorry, no student in general, although I will consider postgraduate students subject to a possibly larger deposit. I am looking to let from 30 May to 18 August 2017 without a break clause.

Bills are inclusive excluding gas and electricity, no TV license. A monthly meter reading will be taken and the cost will be divided evenly amongst the tenants - collected in cash.
The communal area is under the tenants\' responsibility, please keep it tidy - not just your own room.

The total number tenants in the flat a maximum of four.
